A rosé wine with a Mediterranean character, from a blend of Tintilla de Rota and Syrah varietals. Fresh, young and fancy free. Highly drinkable and just right for sharing with friends.

Harvest: Grapes picked by hand into 15 kg boxes

Preparation: Selection of bunches, de-stemming and light crushing. Maceration with skins for 24 hours at 10 ° C. Juice extraction via a very gentle pressing..
Fermentation at 18 ° C for 17 days in 700 liter stainless steel vessel.
Clarification and gentle filtration to avoid altering the natural characteristics of the wine, light sediment can appear inside the bottom of the bottle

Colour: Red with vivid violet reflections

Nose: Aromas of red berries; strawberry, raspberry, balsamic and loqua

Palate: Fresh and dry but full of appealing sensations; pine nuts, pine needles plus balsamic, with an elegant mineral finish.

Pairing: Tuna tartare, meat and fish carpaccios, pastas and salads. Mediterranean cuisine.
