Harvest: Grapes picked by hand into 15 kg boxes
Preparation: Selection of ripest bunches, selection of grapes at there optimum maturity. De-stemming and maceration for 24 hours at 10°C. Skins remain static during barreling at 25°C for 3 weeks in 700 liter stainless tank. Agitation by hand.
Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
Light filtration to avoid altering the natural characteristics of the wine; light sediment can appear inside the bottom of the bottle.
Colour: Intense red with purple hues and a silky finish
Nose: Rich, deep and complex with perfect balance of fruit and wood. Currant, black plum and raspberry. Notes of vanilla and cinnamon.
Palate: Full, fresh and balanced with smooth mature tannins. Hints of mint, balsamic and eucalyptus with a resplendent finish.
Pairing: Red grilled meats, barbecued meats, game, retinto beef, young lamb, tender goat. Mature cheeses.
Serving: We recommend decanting. Ideal temperature 16-18°C
